JEFFERS, J. -- This cause is before us at this time on the appeal of Maude F. Ryan from a judgment made and entered on November 3, 1943. In order that an understanding of the events leading up to the entry of this judgment may be had, it will be necessary to refer briefly to the original action, the details of which will be found in Ryan v. Plath, 18 Wash. 2d 839, 140 P.2d 968.
